Q: Are the instruments new or used?

A: We have over 300 brand new instruments in stock available for either rental or purchase and over 100 ex demo / ex rental instruments. You can choose which one to hire;

Q: What is Included? -
A: The instrument comes with everything that you need to play and look after it – the carry
case, a mouthpiece, a mouthpiece comfort patch, a neck strap, cork grease and a new reed of your choice.

Q: How long can I hire for?

A: There is a minimum hire period of 3 months and a maximum of 12 months but you can then start a new rental agreement if you are not ready to commit to a purchase after 12 months; -
Q: What happens after month 3? -
A; You can either:

1. Buy it;
- 2. Continue to rent the instrument on a monthly basis;
- 3. Return the instrument to us and the deposit will be refunded; or
- 4. Return the instrument to us and hire a different one for a minimum period of 3 months.
- Q: How do I cancel my rental contract?

A: You can cancel your rental contract by giving a months notice (subject to the minimum 3 month term).
- Q:Do you sell instruments or just hire them?
- A:Yes, we have over 400 instruments in stock (both brand new and ex demo / rental) available for either outright purchase with a buyback option or to rent with the option to buy at any time.
